The Career Development Cell (CDC) at Audisankara College of Engineering & Technology plays a pivotal role in shaping the career trajectories of our students. The CDC is dedicated to three major tasks: Placement Training & Placement, Higher Education Guidance, and Entrepreneurship Development.

Firstly, the Placement Training & Placement program equips students with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their employability. Through a series of workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions, we prepare our students to meet industry expectations. Our strong partnerships with various companies facilitate an effective placement process, ensuring that students are well-placed in roles that align with their aspirations and skill sets.

Secondly, the CDC provides comprehensive support for students seeking higher education opportunities. We offer guidance on selecting the right programs, preparing for entrance exams, and navigating application processes. By organizing seminars with industry experts and alumni, we help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

Thirdly, we promote entrepreneurship among students, encouraging them to explore their innovative ideas and transform them into viable business ventures. The CDC in association with ACIC – ASIIC organizes workshops, incubator programs, and mentorship sessions to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset and provide the necessary resources for budding entrepreneurs.

An integral part of our strategy involves fostering a robust industry-institute interface. The CDC coordinates internship programs, ensuring that students gain valuable real-world experience. We facilitate pre-placement and post-internship offers, allowing students to transition smoothly from academic learning to professional environments. By engaging with industry leaders and aligning our curriculum with current market needs, we ensure that our students are not only prepared for the workforce but are also well-equipped to excel in their chosen fields.
